Currently, the 8 multifinance companies are in the midst of acquisition efforts and have become the target of foreign investors.
Chairman of APPI, Kelvin Wiratno said that in fulfilling POJK 35/2018, multi-finance companies are encouraged to get strategic partners to help meet capital targets. Currently, finance companies in Ritael Finance, which finance a lot of motorcycle and car loans, are a sector that attracts many foreign investors.
