Musk once boasted in a tweet that he would be taking Tesla private. In the end, Musk received a lawsuit from the US Exchange Securities Commission (SEC) because he was accused of making it up without a reliable factual basis.

Musk often exaggerates promotional materials related to Tesla products. In fact, recently the company received a lawsuit from users because the battery life was considered not in accordance with what was advertised.

Musk has repeatedly announced plans to fight with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. In fact, he was the first to invite the creator of Facebook to fight in the cage.
