We are trying to provide the highest quality products in accordance with the quality tests that we carry out. That there are problems that our customers complain about too. try to respond quickly,” said Ahmad.
“Second, we want to convey that every new motorcycle product that we send to consumers has gone through a quality test, that is a priority for us. Because quality is indeed the most important, especially for us, so that we can accompany consumers to ride safely and comfortably.” ” he continued.

“Third, there are yellow spots on Honda motorbikes in the market. There are some consumers who find, we would like to say, that these spots are actually not rust, but a layer of silicate which is harmless and does not cause porous,” he explained.
“This layer has the function of coating the results of welding and can also prevent oxidation. This is a normal thing and is not dangerous. Honda motorbike owners need not worry because it is not rust and does not affect comfort and safety, for new motorbikes,” he continued.
Previously, Ahmad revealed that for every purchase of a new Honda motorcycle product, the customer will get a 3-year (30,000 km) engine guarantee, depending on which one comes first. Then the PGM-FI component warranty (especially for PGM-FI technology motorbikes) for 5 years or 50 thousand km, depending on which comes first. AHM also provides a guarantee for the frame and electrical system.
“There is a guarantee in accordance with applicable regulations. Guarantee for the frame and electrical system for 1 year or 10,000 KM depending on whichever comes first,” he said.
It should be noted that the warranty is only valid if due to manufacturing errors. Therefore, if rust occurs due to external factors, such as use in areas with high salt content, the warranty is not covered.
The case of the eSAF frame being porous to the point of rusting and breaking is on a Honda scooter. Initially, this frame was used on the Honda Genio scooter in 2019. After Genio, there have been several Honda motorbikes that use this frame, such as the Honda BeAT 2020, Honda BeAT Street 2020, Honda Scoopy 2020, to the Honda Vario 160 in 2022.
The following is the procedure for claiming the eSAF frame warranty at AHASS:
1. Come to the nearest AHASS and convey complaints clearly and completely to the service advisor.
2. Bring complete documents and new motorbike documents such as STNK and service books. The service advisor will carry out a document check and analysis of Honda motorcycles.
3. As long as the motorcycle inspection is carried out by a Honda Service Advisor, consumers can wait in the waiting room that has been provided.

5. Honda motorbikes will be handed back to the customer after the required documents are complete and after repairs have been carried out.
