Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Simultaneously with the launch of the iPhone 15 series, Apple also announced the launch of iOS 17 software. The operating system will be available to the public starting September 18 2023.
iOS 17 brings a number of new features. For example, create your own stickers, set up a Contact Poster, get improvements to autocorrect and voice transcription.
Apart from that, Siri also gets an update, namely that you no longer need to say ‘hey’ to start a command. The Live Voicemail feature will present a live transcript on the screen when the voice message is recorded.
There is also a Name Drop feature so users can share contact information via AirDrop. For the record, Apple announced that not all iOS 17 features can be enjoyed by all users in all countries of the world.
Not just iOS 17, The Verge reports the public version of iPadOS 17 will also launch on the same day.
