Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Telkom will gather hundreds of global telecommunications giants in Bali. This is related to its subsidiary, Telin, which is holding the 2023 BATIC (Bali Annual Telkom International Conference) on 5-8 September 2023.
Director of Wholesale & International Service Telkom Indonesia, Bogi Witjaksono explained that this event has become part of other telecommunications events, namely ITW (International Telecommunication Week) and Pacific Telecommunication Council (PTC) which are held annually.

Telin’s CEO, Budi Satria Dharma is known to have been included in the Global Leaders Forum (GLF). This step indicates that his party has participated in determining the direction of each event.
This event contains conferences, gathering of many participants, and brainstorming. This forum can also be a place to start a business.
“We are drivers to shake to produce innovation and welcome the future. So we adopt issues. Please brainstorm, we collab,” he explained.
Batic will also present an exhibition session. Bogi explained that the event was for people or companies that presented something from their business and had an interesting side of differentiation.
Batik is also a place for networking sessions between participants. Later what is produced in the Batik event will be followed up in other events.
Bogi said that at last year’s event, there were more than 600 participants and 100 international companies. It is estimated that Batik 2023 will bring in even more participants.
“This year, according to my count, more than 1,000 entities have registered. There are still more than 200 companies,” said Bogi.
