Avoiding Smoking Habits

“Even though I don’t ski anymore and am not as active as I used to be, I try to still exercise every day. Within a week, I work out on a treadmill for at least three miles and use a high speed,” said dr. tucker.

“During the pandemic, I treated patients for five or six days a week. Then, I switched to teaching medical residents up to three days a week,” said dr. Tucker, who is still practicing at the age of 100.
“When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my four children and ten grandchildren, like playing in the snow and watching Cleveland sports,” he added.
